Meet Dr. Jen, our in house Chiropractor

With nearly three decades of experience in chiropractic care, Dr. Jennifer VanWinkle brings both clinical excellence and heartfelt compassion to every patient she sees. A graduate of Parker University of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Jen has spent 29 years helping individuals of all ages live healthier, more aligned lives.

She built and ran a highly successful private practice in Springfield, Michigan, where she earned a reputation for being thorough, knowledgeable, and deeply dedicated to her patients’ well-being. Now rooted in Sault Ste. Marie, Dr. Jen has made the move north to be closer to what matters most—family—including her beloved granddaughter, Lakyn.

Family has always been central to Dr. Jen’s practice philosophy. She has been adjusting her children and grandchildren since they were infants and takes great joy in helping little ones thrive through gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic care. While she has a soft spot for kids, infants, and pregnant individuals, Dr. Jen works with everyone—from young children to seniors, from those with active lifestyles to those with sedentary desk jobs, and everyone in between.

Certified in the Webster Technique, Dr. Jen offers specialized support to expectant parents, helping relieve the strain that a growing belly places on the spine and pelvis, and promoting comfort during pregnancy.
