Hot Yoga

Most of our yoga classes incorporate far infrared heaters to enhance your practice. Our Hot Yoga classes vary in temperature, so please review the class descriptions before signing up. Classes such as Ember Yin & Restorative and Warm Slow Flow are held at lower temperatures compared to our Vinyasa or 26 + 2 sessions.

Yin & Restorative to Slow Flow

Our Yin & Restorative and Slow Flow classes are set to a comfortable warm temperature, designed for deep, gentle stretching with grounded movements. While these sessions primarily focus on floor-based stretches, occasional standing flows may be included, avoiding frequent transitions between standing and floor positions.

Class Descriptions

26+2 (HOT 90)

The 26+2 (Hot 90) class is the classic Bikram yoga sequence, performed in a room heated to 100–105°F. This practice consists of 26 postures and 2 breathwork techniques, each pose held for longer durations to allow you to deeply focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility. Unlike a vinyasa flow, which moves quickly through sequences, this class allows you to settle into each pose, building intensity and depth as you hold each position. The series includes two savasana's, giving you time to rest, recalibrate, and absorb the benefits of the practice. The heat intensifies the experience, helping to stretch the body deeper and encourage detoxification, while the slower pace fosters mindfulness and mental clarity. It’s a powerful and focused practice, designed to challenge both the body and the mind.

Morning 26+2

Morning 26+2 is a focused, grounding practice built on the classic hot yoga sequence most commonly known as Bikram Yoga. In a room heated to 100–105°F, you'll move through 26 foundational postures and 2 breathwork (pranayama) practices designed to systematically open and strengthen the entire body. Each posture is held with intention, creating space for physical discipline, deep concentration, and inward reflection. This practice is both steady and energizing—ideal for building strength, balance, and resilience at your own pace.

Hot vinyasa flow

Hot Vinyasa is a powerful, breath-driven flow designed to energize your body and clear your mind. Set in a space heated to around 100°F, this class links movement and breath through creative, intelligently crafted sequences that build strength, improve flexibility, and invite presence. Instructors are encouraged to express their unique style, curating playlists and flows that keep each class fresh, fun, and challenging. You’ll sweat, move, breathe—and maybe even laugh—as you push your edge in a supportive, high-vibe space.

Slow flow

Slow Flow offers a grounding practice with a bit more energy than a gentle flow. In this class, we move at a slower pace to build strength and flexibility with a focus on breath and mindful movement. The majority of the practice is grounded and seated, offering a perfect balance of stretch, strength, and relaxation. It’s an ideal class for those looking to deepen their practice while still moving with ease.
